Mansi Fieldwork Archives

Mansi native speaker, who is a candidate of philological sciences and leading researcher of the Department of Expert and Scientific Educational Activities at the Ob-Ugric Institute of Applied Researches and Development in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia.

 

She is one of the few Mansi speakers who acquired linguistic knowledge and applied it in her field. During her stay in Hungary and the Szeged team's fieldwork in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug in West Siberia, there was a rich repertory of texts collected from her and her relatives. Though she's collectiong data from other speakers, too.
